Refund policy

FAIRCLOTH will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of package. Either shipped back to the store within 7 days or shipped out by the 7th day.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn & in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags on it.

Items returned with perfume, deodorant, makeup or similar product stains will be shipped back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Items can also be returned in-store in lieu of shipping.

Items returned with a gift receipt will receive store credit only.

Holiday specific items must be returned within 10 days of the holiday.
